Coach Ram’s cardio sessions are exceptionally well-paced and highly energizing. He masterfully combines traditional Indian exercises with yoga flows and creative variations that effectively target and stimulate muscles we rarely use in our daily routines. The classes leave you feeling invigorated, stronger, and more flexible—both physically and mentally.
I highly recommend Coach Ram as a cardio instructor. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to add variety to your fitness routine, his classes are a fantastic choice!

coach ram has designed his workout in such a way that is not to difficult for those on the weaker side, but challenging enough for some who are stronger. he has been an amazing coach and i can not recommend him enough!

I joined Ram’s Community Fitness Workshop and was impressed with the program. It started with simple exercises for a beginner like me and slowly ramped up to cover various muscle groups in the body. The program mainly focuses on using your own body weight and simple equipment like a long stick, a towel and a pillow. Gradually over a few weeks, all muscle groups get activated and start feeling stronger. Ram is a patient teacher and takes his time explaining the concepts, especially to a beginner like me. He also sends short videos of these exercises so that we can practice at home. I am happy with the program and strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to get stronger for life.

My husband and I joined Ram’s fitness workshop through our community. We are all aware of the importance of muscle training especially as we are getting older. So my main aim to join the program was to get some inspiration as I have been slacking off lately and trying to find excuses. In that respect, the workshop is really great! The class is always fun and interesting. Ram is definitely motivated teacher and encourages us to improve and do our best. Most importantly his method of exercise is through using mainly body weight and simple equipment.
