At Samira Power House, we are committed to providing a positive experience for all members and participants. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling requests, and refunds are handled for our fitness programs, memberships, and services.
Class Cancellations
Participants may cancel a scheduled class or session through the designated booking system.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for rescheduling.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be considered a late cancellation.
- No-shows may result in forfeiture of the booked session.
Memberships & Training Programs
Membership fees, fitness packages, training programs, workshops, and special events are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Memberships are non-transferable.
- Unused sessions do not carry cash value.
- Partial use of a package may make the remaining balance ineligible for refund.
- Membership pauses may be considered in certain circumstances at management's discretion.
Cancellation by Samira Power House
Samira Power House reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify classes, programs, instructors, or schedules due to operational requirements, safety concerns, facility issues, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
If we cancel a session or program, participants may be offered:
- A replacement class or session
- Account credit for future use
- Rescheduling options
- A refund when deemed appropriate by management
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds may be granted in situations including:
- Duplicate charges
- Billing errors
- Accidental transactions
- Service unavailability directly caused by Samira Power House
Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.
Medical Circumstances
Requests for cancellation or account adjustments due to medical circumstances may require supporting documentation and will be reviewed individually.
Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed within 7–14 business days using the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution involved.
Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact Samira Power House directly regarding any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution.
